Three weeks ago I had a new port implanted and a week and a half ago I started the third round of chemo.

This time is pretty much the same as round 2.  The only chemo drug I am on is the 5-FU. There has been some shake up in the staff where I get treated, so the last treatment took a couple of hours longer than I had anticipated. The nurses are still great and everyone is very friendly and caring. Mainly the change in the pharmacy area is slowing things down. Still, that is a minor complaint and one that I can expect to improve as time goes on.

I will try to keep this blog updated as any changes occur.  For now I remain positive, hopeful and most importantly here.
