I finally have a date for the surgery.  September 14 will be the date.

In an effort to get back to something more normal, I have ridden my bike on the San Luis Rey trail twice now ( 2 Sunday’s ago, and last Saturday) for 10.5 miles each time, and got in 10,000 steps in a single day last week.  It is very hot here though so those were a bit more taxing than normal
