I have now completed my week living like a pensioner.  I had meetings with 3 doctors and a health screening all in the span of 6 days.

The meeting with the surgeon went well and it looks like we are trying to schedule the surgery for the first week of September.  They called to see if Sept. 3 worked for me but I think they forgot it was labor Day.

I met with my primary and was happy to hear that he has been getting regular updates from both the oncologist and Surgeon, so the system appears to be working in this case.

I met with the Oncologist and we went over the  CT scan results.  The PE is completely gone and there has been additional (consistent) reduction in all of the cancerous areas showing that the Chemotherapy has been beneficial.  We discussed what to do after the surgery and her plan for the moment is to monitor and hold off on any maintenance treatment unless necessary.  I guess that puts it on me to see if the Keto diet can live up to the claims that it starves cancer cells and see if I can get them to die out that way.
