Today was a good but uneventful day.  I had hoped to get some work in but just didn’t have the enthusiasm for it.

Isabella let me sleep in until 8:30 after which I did my duty and provided her breakfast.  I spent the day mostly relaxing.  I skipped the workout and did hit Peet’s for a cappuccino.

I still feel good and my vitals are all good.
