It was nice to end the week.  It was a good week but I am definitely ready for a weekend.

Barrier update: Three days and still working.  I probably should change it tonight, but I prefer to change it after a shower, so I hope to get a light workout in when I wake up and then remove the barrier and shower before replacing it.  I am so far pretty happy with this convex style from Coloplast, but am interested in trying the Hollister version to see if I like it better.  At this point, I will be going with a second Coloplast tomorrow when I change it, and if I have not received the Hollister samples before Tuesday I will need to put in an order to get more of this one since I know it is working and is the right size.

I took a break from work (yesterday I worked 10 hours so I owed myself a break) at lunch to get a haircut and hit Costco for a restock on my Yogurt supply.  The haircut was just a replay of the previous one using the clippers to take the top to 1/2″ and the sides to 1/4″.  The experience was overall pretty good.  Costco was of course a mess, but it was my last chance to hit them before the hordes hit on the weekend.  It was difficult to navigate due to all of the grazing cattle roaming from sample station to sample station using their carts to block up all of the aisles in a complete oblivious haze.  It you get the idea that I hate shopping at a crowded Costco, that is just because I am a rational person.

i finally got my CT scan scheduled. It will require me to drive to Rancho Bernardo on Tuesday morning (10 AM appointment) but should get the scans done and processed in time for the Oncologist to review them before we meet on Wed.
